Titanic Related History Program

The Ellington Farman Library will be host to Robert Sutehall and Lorraine Cole on Thursday, July 27th from 6-7pm as they together present a storytelling program of Titanic related material. Mr. Sutehall’s uncle, Henry Sutehall , was on his last leg of an around the world journey when he booked passage on the fateful ship. Robert Sutehall has a collection of photographs, personal items, news stories and letters to accompany his story of his Uncle’s journey. Some of his artifacts were retrieved form the Titanic in the 1980’s and returned to his family. Lorraine Cole will then give a dramatic portrayal of a Titanic survivor. This program is free and open to all ages but is recommended for those aged 12 and up. The library is located at 760 Thornton Rd, Ellington and you may call 287-2945 for more information.
