Jamestown Mayor Eddie Sundquist’s re-election campaign and the Jamestown City Democratic Committee announced the opening of a new campaign headquarters at 212 N. Main Street in Jamestown for this fall’s City and County elections. The headquarters will act as the central place for volunteers to gather campaign materials, walking lists, and organize for the campaign.

The campaign also announced a grand opening, to be followed by canvassing efforts throughout the City on September 16th at 10 AM.

In a statement, Mayor Sundquist said, “I am excited to announce our new Main Street headquarters. While my campaign team, candidates, and volunteers have been out for weeks knocking on doors, this new headquarters will give us an easier way to organize volunteers to spread the hard work we are doing to make Jamestown a better place to live for all. I welcome all to come out on September 16th to help get our candidates elected up and down the ballot.”

Jamestown City Democratic Committee Chair Alyssa Porter stated, “I am thrilled that we now have a location to spread the message that our candidates are fighting for, which includes increased public safety, fighting blight, and improving housing in our area. Our candidates are fighting for working families to address everyday issues, and I am proud that we can go directly to voters on Mayor Sundquist’s record, and the ability to do even more good if we elect our candidates to City Council and the County Legislature.”
