The world is currently on pause. Certainly we have all dealt with difficult challenges in our lives. Life is basically one challenge after another. What we are experiencing is a temporary situation. We can’t let this get the best of us!
Now is the time to make the best of this situation. Here are a few suggestions to help everyone get through this challenge a little easier.
One of the first and most important thing you can do is to set a schedule for yourself and your family. Plan on getting up at the same time every morning. Keep your normal hygiene schedule. Now is the time to consider changing your diet! Our best defense against any sickness is our immune system. Our immune system is at it’s best when we eliminate sugar and carbs, eat organic food, drink plenty of water and of course take our supplements.
