A nature photograph like this could be what inspires you to take out your brush at Audubon Community Nature Center’s “Spring Paint n’ Sip,” Thursday evening, March 19. No experience is necessary, but you need to make reservations the week before.

You are invited to create your own springtime masterpiece with step-by-step instruction at Audubon Community Nature Center’s “Spring Paint n’ Sip Night.”

On Thursday, March 19, 5:30-8 p.m., Audubon Seasonal Naturalist Emily Rechin will provide step-by-step instructions on how to create your very own acrylic painting as well as information on the nature subject to be painted. Beginners to advanced artists are welcome.

Rechin has experience painting with all mediums, and her 2019 spring nature painting program was a big hit. Join her now as spring begins to take hold of the world again.

Registration includes one drink ticket, heavy hors d’oeuvres, and all painting materials. Local white and red wines will be available to those ages 21 and up, as well as non-alcoholic drinks.

Participants are asked to wear clothes you do not mind getting paint on.
Fee for the program is $40, $30 for Nature Center members.

Space is limited. Paid reservations are required by Thursday, March 12, 2020, and can be made by calling (716) 569-2345 during business hours or going to AudubonCNC.org/Programs and clicking on “Current Schedule.”

This event will repeat on Thursday, April 16.

Audubon Community Nature Center is located at 1600 Riverside Road, one-quarter mile east of Route 62 between Jamestown, N.Y., and Warren, Pa.
