Speak up!

I’m whining about everybody this time, so you know who you are. Nobody’s complaining enough. Remember the old 1-pound coffee cans that became 14, then 12 ounces for the price of a pound? Here’s a new trick. The 1-pound bag of nuts I bought the other day is still a pound, but the nine 1/2-cup portions promised was only seven portions. The label misrepresented the contents in a new, even sneakier way. If we don’t complain, we’ll keep getting less and less for the same old price, or more. Don’t get used to it. Complain to the store and the manufacturer. It’ll pay off.
