Home for the Holidays 2: Christmas at The Reg (December 9 at 4 p.m.) is the second edition of a festive afternoon concert of local music. After positive audience feedback from the first 2016 event, The Reg staff soon made plans to do it again with a mix of new and returning musicians.

The concert will again feature a variety of musical styles including ensemble choirs, rock and roll, rhythm and blues, big band jazz, folk and a few surprises. Performers include: Panama Concert Choir, Russell & Hamels, Southwestern Choraliers, Pearl City Jazz featuring Razz Rasmussen, Jamestown High School Madrigal Singers, Bill Ward & Friends, Cold Lazarus, Svenska Spelman and returning from last year – Ron Orbach, Marla Harris & Steve Davis.

The concert is truly an all-organizational effort as The Reg, WRFA 107.9 FM and 3rd on 3rd Gallery are all involved. The theater stage at The Reg is home to the main event, while 3rd on 3rd Gallery – curated by Deb Eck – makes a seasonal move to the mezzanine in our inner lobby with the Over 100 Under 100 art show. WRFA station manager and founding member of 10,000 Maniacs Dennis Drew is host for the concert and organizes all the talent.

Tickets start at $5 for students aged 18 and under and $10 for adults. Pay What You Can seats will be available beginning one hour before the concert.
