The animated family movie – The Peanuts Movie – shows Saturday, January 16 at 4pm as part of Doors Open 2016 and as a Sensory Friendly matinee Sunday, January 17 at 2pm at Reg Lenna Center for The Arts. Admission is $5. Charlie Brown, the world’s most beloved underdog, embarks upon an epic and heroic quest, while his best pal, the lovable beagle Snoopy, takes to the skies to pursue his arch-nemesis, the Red Baron. The film is rated G and is 93 minutes long.
In the Sensory Friendly matinee, the sound will be lower and the auditorium lights brighter to accommodate patrons with sensitivity issues. This screening is sponsored by Kiwanis of Jamestown and The Resource Center.
Movies @ The Reg continue with Sylvester Stallone and Michael B. Jordan (The Fantastic Four) in Creed on January 23 at 8pm, Michael Keaton in Spotlight on January 30 at 8pm and Disney/Pixar’s The Good Dinosaur on February 6 and February 7 at 2pm.
