The Chautauqua Watershed Conservancy and Chautauqua Golf Club have announced their 34th Annual Pro-Am Charity Golf Tournament, to be held on Monday, June 28th at the Chautauqua Golf Club’s Lake Course. All proceeds will benefit the CWC’s watershed education and land conservation programs and projects aimed at improving the health and vitality of Chautauqua Lake and its surrounding watershed.

Snug Harbor Marina Sales & Service Center is the Pro-Am’s presenting sponsor for the third year in a row. Snug Harbor’s sales showroom is located at 2374 West Lake Road (Route 394) in Ashville and offers docking and complete marine service at their 5822 Snug Harbor Road location in Mayville.

The tournament welcomes both male and female amateur golfers. Each team will include a visiting PGA professional from the Western New York and Northwestern Pennsylvania areas, making for an exciting day of golf. The Pro-Am will have a two best ball format and an 11 AM shotgun start, with lunch served on the course and an awards dinner at the club’s Double Eagle banquet facility following play, with food provided by The Athenaeum Hotel.

In addition to playing in the tournament, various sponsorship opportunities are available for both businesses and individuals, a portion of which is tax deductible. More information is available at the Conservancy’s website at www.chautauquawatershed.org or by calling the CWC at 664-2166 or the CGC at 357-6211.
