The No-Sho generation?

I’m whining about it again, hoping the right people read it but assuming they are too lazy… so please pass it along. I talk to business owners and employers every week. No matter how different the businesses, they all say it over and over again: “I can’t find decent workers!” People don’t show up for interviews they book, if they get hired they don’t show up for work, or if they do show up they think “on time” and “every day” are unfair labor practices. Wake up everybody. We have to do something soon. This stupidity will kill us all, long before climate change even gets a chance to try.
