Audubon Community Nature Center
You don’t know how to paint, but you’ve always wanted to give it a try?
Come to Audubon Community Nature Center (ACNC) on Wednesday, March 22, 5:30 – 7:30 p.m., for a Nature Paint Night, where you will be provided with everything you need to create your own nature-inspired masterpiece.
At this fun and creative evening, Emily Rechin will provide step-by-step instructions as well as information on the nature subject to be painted. Beginner to advanced artists are welcome.
Bring your friends, bring some snacks, and get your paint on at ACNC. Audubon will provide coffee and tea.
You will want to wear clothes you won’t mind getting paint on.
Emily Rechin went to Alfred University where she began as an art major before switching to biology. She is a former Audubon educator in addition to a snowboard instructor, legal assistant, and owner of her own pet-sitting business.
Cost for the class is $28 or $21 for Nature Center members and children ages 9 – 15. All materials are supplied.
Enrollment is limited. Reservations are required by Sunday, March 19, and can be made by calling (716) 569-2345 during business hours or online through “Programs and Events” at AudubonCNC.org.
A Nature Paint Night will be offered again on Wednesday, April 26, 2023.
