JCC Students Celebrate Arbor Day

Jamestown Community College, which has been designated as a Tree Campus USA by the Arbor Day Foundation for the eighth consecutive year, celebrated Arbor Day on April 26 with the planting of nine trees along the perimeter of the campus on Curtis St. City arborist Dan Stone selected serviceberry, Cornelian cherry, red oak, sugar maple, linden, and American elm trees for members of JCC’s Earth Awareness Club to plant.
