JCC Kids’ College Combines Learning and Fun

Kids’ College at Jamestown Community College’s Jamestown Campus, featuring full day, morning, and afternoon camp options, will be held July 18-22. Area youth ages eight to 12 years old are eligible to enroll in the program.

The program features a full day camp, which runs from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. and includes lunch. The fee is $229. Half-day camp options are from 8 a.m.-noon and 12:30-4:30 p.m. The fee is $129.

Registration begins May 9 for the full day camp and May 23 for the half day camp. To register, call or visit JCC’s Center for Continuing Education in the Carnahan Center, 716.338.1005. The center is open from 8:30 a.m.-4:30 p.m.

Courses offered during the morning session include Comic Book Creations, Cupcake Wars, Artistic Adventure, ZooFari, Groovy Grass Hockey, Blast Off!, Camp Half Blood, Groom Your Room, Survive the Wild, Calling All Chefs!, Personalize It, Back in Time, Kickin’ Karate, Make a Selfie, Amazing Ocean Adventures, Ultimate Games, Colossal Concoctions, and Awesome Digital Ads.

Afternoon courses include Exploding Science, Minecraft Mania Challenge, Sew Crafty, Sticky Creativity, Funky Fabric Art, Pennies for Pets, Build a Bot, Kickboxing Kraze, Become the Next Cake Boss, Ragin’ Roller Coasters, Advanced Cake Boss, Jazzy Jewelry, Battle Bots, Minecraft Mania Challenge, Game On, Wet & Wild Water, Sticky Creativity, and Stuff It!.
