On Thursday, July 8 from 6:00 to 9:00 pm the Dykeman Young Gallery located at 100 E. 2nd St, Jamestown, NY will host a Reception to introduce the CIFF 2016, the 1st Annual Chautauqua International Film Festival which will be held the weekend of July 15th at the Crystal Ballroom, Hotel Jamestown.
The Dykeman Young exhibit will display posters, flyers, costumes and accessories used in some of the more than 30 films to be screened at the CIFF 2016 Film Festival. Several trailers of films will be shown among them, Uniion Bound a true-life civil war escape story starring Oliver Stone’s son Sean Stone in the lead. Another top trailer to be screened, the thriller, Jasmine, filmed in Hong Kong and produced by Dax Phelan who has worked on major Hollywood films and TV shows including “Fast and Furious” before he decided to branch out and become a Producer.
