Holiday Book Exchange- Tuesday December 10 @ 4:00-7:00 (drop-in event)

The Literacy Volunteers of Chautauqua County will be hosting a holiday book exchange! Community members are invited to bring books to the exchange and switch them out for a book that is new to them. Don’t have books to bring? You’re still welcome to join in the fun. Books for all ages will be available – children are welcome to participate.Book Swap

Mike Randall in “Charles Dickens Presents A Christmas Story” – Sunday December 15 at the Spire Theater, 2:00

Mike Randall returns for his popular performance holiday performance as Charles Dickens, performing “A Christmas Carol.” This is a free event; donations are appreciated.

Gingerbread Workshop – Wednesday December 18 @ 4:00-6:30 (drop-in event)



Children and families can create their own gingerbread houses using graham crackers, icing, and of course, candy. To ensure supplies last, registration is requested for this free event. Please call the Children’s Desk at (716) 484-7135 ext. 234 to register.

Join us for an open forum about the library’s funding crisis and efforts to restore taxpayer support. All are welcome at this community meeting.
