One hundred one year old Louise Tefft voted today by absentee ballot from her room at Absolut Care in Westfield, with assistance from Patricia Hakel of Jamestown. Both are retired former Jamestown area teachers. There are nineteen over age 100 active voters in Chautauqua County, according to the Board of Elections.
