Despite the cooler weather, 86 runners and walkers braved the cold to participate in Chautauqua Striders’ annual St. Pat’s Dash. This race was the first in the 2023 Runner of the Year series, sponsored by UPMC Chautauqua. Proceeds from this year’s event will be used to benefit Chautauqua Striders Mentoring Program.
The road race began and ended on 3rd Street in front of Northwest Arena. Many runners and walkers dressed in various shades of green in honor of the St. Patrick’s Day.
