Chautauqua Rails to Trails has established an annual holiday traditional fundraising get-together, “Cookies, Carols and Cocktails.” This year the board cannot responsibly hold that indoor event. In its place CR2T has published, Chautauqua Rails to Trails Holiday Happy Hour Cookbook, for sale to the public. The book will include favorite cookie and cocktail recipes, along with a few carols to bring cheer and joy to homes this holiday season.
The work done by Chautauqua Rails to Trails, a 100 percent volunteer based organization, would not be possible without the support of its members and the community at large. During this pandemic period its trail system has emerged as a needed asset of Chautauqua County, enabling healthy outdoor nature and exercise experiences for residents and visitors. Purchase of this publication is a much-appreciated form of financial support for CR2T.
Holiday Happy Hour Cookbook can be purchased at chaurtt.org for a $15 minimum donation. On its own or combined with a CR2T membership, such a purchase would make an excellent gift for the holidays.
