The Chautauqua County Humane Society (CCHS) invites the community to celebrate the Season Of Hope during a special open house at our adoption center located at 2825 Strunk Road in Jamestown.  The open house will run from 2 p.m. to 6 p.m. on Giving Tuesday, November 27. The open house will be the culmination of the CCHS Thankful Animals campaign, and a token of appreciation by the staff to show the community how grateful we are for their volunteer and financial support throughout the year. .

CCHS will be offering light hor d’oeuvres, and cake, and tours of the facility. We will also be handing out the trophies for the top three individual and team fundraisers from the 2018 Walk 4 Paws.  As a way of giving back to the community CCHS will offer reduced adoption fees during the open house for anyone who brings in food donations for Keith Martin’s annual food drive to benefit St. Susan’s Center in Jamestown, or donations of pet food for the Pet Pantry at the Chautauqua County Humane Society.
