Candy Johnson

Candy Johnson is a wife and mother of three and is a legal assistant at a local law firm. She is also co-owner of KC's Emporium, named for partner, Katie Green and herself, located at 110 West Third Street, in Jamestown, NY, 716-665-6339. It all started when their children began dating and the two women became friends. The idea took root after conversations sharing frustrations because Candy was tired of the craft show circuit to market her "Mug'ems by CandySue" - a line of gourmet beverages & desserts packaged with a mug that you make in the mug in the microwave and her hand-made baby/youth rag quilts. Katie loved making her own line of jewelry creations and she too was looking for an outlet. They knew they couldn't support a store front on their own and decided to invite other vendors to display as well. In May of 2010, KC's Emporium was established! In a very short amount of time, it has grown into an established location for affordable gifts and collectibles and houses over 50 vendors.
