Maple Springs’ residents will be hosting their annual Trash to Treasure, Chic Boutique Yard Sale on Saturday, July 8th from 8:00 a.m. until 2:00 p.m. All proceeds benefit the Maple Springs Volunteer Fire Company, the Chautauqua Watershed Conservancy and the Maple Springs Lake Enhancement Committee.

Items include household treasures and garden art. “This year we are not sponsoring the Garden Walk,” said Eileen Leary, committee chairperson. “However, the community is invited to come see our beautiful, scenic area and shop at our unique boutique. We’ll also have a picnic atmosphere with grilled hot dogs. Over the years we raised more than $12,000 that directly benefited Midway Park, including the carousel and the mini golf course, as well as Lake Chautauqua and our volunteer fire company.”

Maple Springs is located off route 430, near Midway Park. The event will take place in The Circle located near the lake in the heart of Maple Springs. Lawn signs will direct people to the sale. For more information, contact Patty Eckwahl at 499-2124.
