4-H members participate in fashion revue at the County Fair


JAMESTOWN – 4-H Clothing and Textiles Project members displayed hand-made garments in Wednesday’s 4-H Fashion Revue and Mannequin Modeling at the Chautauqua County Fair. Articles of clothing ranging from aprons and chef’s hats to pretty party dresses were displayed by 4-H Project members. Youth in the Clothing and Textiles Project learn a variety of sewing skills and techniques with an outstanding opportunity to develop mastery. Wednesday’s Fashion Revue Participants were:

Sarah Anderson, Karleen Dash, Tesika Kilmer, Melinda Waag, Charlie Valone, and Madeline Valone.
Commentators provided a brief description of 4-H member’s age, experience, club and clothing items.
4-H members who participated in Mannequin Modeling were:
Charlie Valone  and Madeline Valone of the  Country Critters club.
Wednesday 4-H youth gave a variety of public presentations in the 4-H Building. Youth were evaluated by presentation judges and 4-H volunteers:  Mrs. Linda McGuire and Mrs. Tina Walters.
Wednesday’s 4-H presenters were:  Jacob Lesch, Kevin Rogers, Braden Lesch, Stephanie Rogers, Marissa Burr, Ashley Holt, Josephine Allen, Caelin Holt, Andrea Swiderski, Matthew Brecklebank, and Adam Lesch.
