United Way of Southern Chautauqua County has surpassed the $1,000,000 fundraising threshold and is in the home stretch for finding every dollar they can to reach their $1,335,000 community commitment goal. Current fundraising efforts have reached a total of $1,089,195.
“We’re grateful for the community support,” stated Amy Rohler, Executive Director for the United Way. Campaign Chair Kurt Eimiller added, “our volunteers and United Way staff should be proud of their work. These next few weeks are vital to finish strong.”
Consider United Way of Southern Chautauqua County when making your year-end gift. One-hundred percent of every donation remains in Southern Chautauqua County. Eighty-five cents of every dollar goes directly into thirty nine community based programs administered by twenty six local community partners. Each program aligns with United Way’s four strategic objectives: to ensure families are self-sufficient, everyone is ready to work, young people succeed in school, and people in need can find help.
