The Resource Center and Raymour & Flanigan are partnering to hold a children’s Halloween activity night Friday, October 28.

The free event will run from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. at Raymour & Flanigan’s Jamestown store, located at 1001 Fairmount Avenue. Children will trick-or-treat inside the store, stopping at tables to pick up candy and engage in a frightfully fun activity. The tables also will have information about the many services that The Resource Center offers to the community.

In addition, there will be a costume parade with prizes awarded for the cutest, scariest, funniest, and best-overall costumes for children in three age groups. Registration forms for the costume contest are available at Raymour & Flanigan.

Besides the candy for children, there will be refreshments for parents. Those attending the event will receive a coupon entitling them to a $100 discount on select purchases at Raymour & Flanigan. Raymour & Flanigan is a family-owned, New York-based company that takes pride in the communities in which it operates. Raymour & Flanigan supports the community by hosting fun events that bring together families and local organizations. At the Halloween event, Raymour & Flanigan will make a monetary donation to The Resource Center to support TRC’s mission of service to the community.
