Sending customers away…

Store clerks who don’t know their own store are driving me nutz! Too many don’t know where to find products or when they find them, they don’t know how they work when I ask for help. But worst of all is the response, “I don’t know if we have it here. Look on-line.” Stores are complaining that the internet is stealing their business and then their clerks send customers to the Internet to shop. I have friends who did 90% of their Christmas shopping online this year. Sorry, brick-and-mortar merchants, I don’t blame them.
