Members of “Tree of Life Ev. Lutheran Church,” the combined ministry of the former Immanuel and Holy Trinity Lutheran Churches, will carry on a long standing tradition of more than 35 years of hosting their annual homemade “Holiday Korv Dinner” on Saturday, Dec. 2nd, at Immanuel Lutheran Church campus 556 East Second Street. There are three settings: 4:30 p.m., 5:30 p.m., and 6:30 p.m. The menu includes homemade korv, desserts, and all the traditional trimmings made by Tree of Life Lutheran Church members.
The cost for this Holiday Dinner is $10 for adults and $5 for children 10 and under. Proceeds from the dinner will be used to help defray the cost of youth, outreach ministries, and other related Church projects. This traditional holiday Scandinavian dinner is an excellent way to get in the spirit of the holiday season. The dinner is open to the public and tickets are available following Church services at Immanuel Church campus on Sundays before the dinner or call Al Johnson (488-1555 or 640-1087), Holy Trinity Church (488-4235), Priscilla DuBois (487-6062) or Tom & Sue Priester (484-9495) until Tuesday Nov. 28th.
