Registration Under Way for Travel Course In Italy

Community members interested in learning about Italian culture are invited to enroll in a special Jamestown Community College travel course.

Global Culture: Italy, a three-credit course that meets Thursdays, beginning January 16, from 8:30-9:45 p.m., will feature travel to Italy during JCC’s spring break, March 27 to April 7.

The cost of the trip is approximately $2,500, which includes airfare, lodging, activities, and a daily breakfast.

Simone Sellstrom, assistant professor of communication, teaches the course and will lead the trip. She can be contacted at 338.1152 or for additional information.

Participants will explore the Tower of Pisa and Colosseum, learn to make pasta and wine in Tuscany, and visit Florence and Venice.
