Plenty of pancakes with scrumptious syrup in support of scholarships for some local high school graduating seniors will be served up on Sat., Apr. 6 from 8 to 11 a.m. as the Westfield-Mayville Rotary Club hosts its “Rotary Scholarship Pancake Breakfast” in the Brocton Central School Cafeteria, 138 West Main St., Brocton. The menu includes delicious pancakes (all-you-can-eat) with pure maple syrup, sausage, applesauce, and coffee, tea or grape juice. Parking is available in the rear lot on the west side of the school.
Also, there will be a Chinese auction with a wide array of gift baskets and items, and Harrington Farms will have jugs of its pure maple syrup available for sale. Brocton Interact Club high school students will assist at this family-friendly event. All net proceeds from this Westfield-Mayville Rotary Club breakfast will fund scholarships for some graduating seniors from the Brocton, Chautauqua Lake, Sherman and Westfield School Districts. Event Chair is Westfield-Mayville Rotarian Patty Benton.
Tickets, which are on sale now, are Adult / $7, Child, Age 6-12 / $5, and Child, Age 5 and Under / Free. The public is invited to purchase tickets in advance by contacting Tracy Bennett, 716-326-3800 or firstname.lastname@example.org, or any member of the Westfield-Mayville Rotary Club. Limited tickets will be available at the door.
