The Spire Theatre will host “A Tribute to Hank Williams, Sr., & Patsy Cline” on Saturday, October 20, 2018 at 2:00 p.m. Created and performed by radio and recording artists Ron & Nancy OneSong, the live production presents a musical overview of the careers of two of the most-loved legends of country music.
Ron & Nancy have entertained at the Ryman Auditorium, the Nashville Nightlife Theater, the Kentucky Music Hall of Fame, and the legendary Lafayette Hotel in San Diego, the New York State Fair, Rhythm & Roots in Bristol, VA, Pioneer Creek Days in Zolfo Springs, FL, and Balboa Park December Nights in San Diego, CA. Additionally, they have opened for national stars including Tommy Cash, Mickey Gilley, John Anderson, Stonewall Jackson, The Kingston Trio, Roy Rogers, Jr., Darryl Worley, Michael Twitty, Dale Ann Bradley, and Fiddlin’ Carson Peters. Ron & Nancy are members of the New York State Country Music Association Hall of Honors.
The Tribute Show will feature “Steel Player Extraordinaire” Mr. Gene Hilts on steel guitar. Gene’s sincere appreciation of people makes him a favorite with audiences of all ages. Also featured will be Liam Raines on doghouse bass and Emma Raines on fiddle. They are 3rd–generation members of the Northwind Family Band from Wyoming, New York.
