I’m tired of “Introductory Offers” that promise me a wonderful product or service for free for the first six months, or at a “Special introductory price” for the first year. All that tells me is that somebody is afraid I’d never pay the “Regular” price. I’ve whined about this before and I just got hit with it again, with another big price hike when the “Introductory” period was over. Just tell me the right price and convince me the thing is worth it and you’ll get my business. Done deal!
