Are you interested in researching your family genealogy? Whether you are a seasoned family researcher or just beginning, the Fenton History Center’s Hall House Research Center has the resources to assist in the search. The Research Center Genealogy Support Group volunteers are hosting an Open House on Saturday, October 15 from 10 AM to 4 PM at the 73 Forest Ave. building.

The Research Center resources include local history and genealogy books, census records, local funeral home records, county wide cemetery records family genealogy files, maps, and data bases. The Research Center has public computers as well as wi-fi availability for researchers who bring their laptops or tablets.

The Genealogy Support Group’s purpose is to share each other’s expertise and continue developing research skills and knowledge. The group meets regularly at the Research Center.
