The Chautauqua Lake Association recently accepted a $7,000 donation from the Chautauqua Lake Fishing Association. The funds will be used toward ongoing lake cleanup efforts.

“We are pleased to again be able to support the CLA. Their essential work keeps Chautauqua Lake flourishing. Their constant efforts support the economy and our mission to better Chautauqua Lake,” said Mark Damon, Chautauqua Lake Fishing Association President.

The CLFA has been a devoted supporter of the CLA for over 10 years. They have donated over $50,000 to the organization for annual lake maintenance.

“The CLFA is as enthusiastic about keeping the lake healthy and maintained as is the lake association itself,” said Doug Conroe, CLA Executive Director. “I am extremely pleased that we can continue to work together with the fishing association for the good of Chautauqua Lake.”
