A Chautauqua Area Farmers Market Vendor Recruitment Fair will be held on Tuesday, April 26, 6-7:30 pm at Park United Methodist Church, Sinclairville. The Chautauqua Area Farmers Market Vendor Recruitment Fair is designed as a one-stop event for farmers, local food producers, or artisans who might be interested in learning about selling their products at a local farmers market and to learn about the many different and unique farmers markets that operate in the Chautauqua County area.

Farmers Markets participating in the recruitment event include Downtown Jamestown Farmers Market, Dunkirk Farmers Market, Falconer Farmers Market, Fredonia Farmers Market, South Dayton Farmers Market, and the Seneca Nation Farmers Market. Market tables will be manned by representatives from each market and who will be able to talk about the market’s operating days/times, seasonal operations, vending rules, setup fees, market governance, diversity of current vendors, and community demographics and customer base. Each farmers market offers a unique customer base in diverse communities and the event will offer the chance for first-hand information to be shared with interested potential new vendors.

The Chautauqua Area Farmers Market Vendor Recruitment Fair will be a great opportunity for networking among new and potential farmers market vendors and a chance for new farmers market vendors to meet mentors who can help new vendors in making the most out of the farmers market tradition. RSVPs greatly appreciated so that accommodations can be planned accordingly. The Chautauqua Area Farmers Market Vendor Recruitment Fair will take place at 49 Sinclair Dr, Sinclairville, NY.
